One year from the date of purchase.
After the purchase you received an email from PayPal. Look for Transaction ID. That’s the code.
No:-) You can have it in your phone… or know it by 💖, for example…
No, you don’t need to book in advance. Simply show the code and you will get a physical ticket at the entrance. Our Covid opening hours:
Mon-Thu: closed
Fri: 1pm–5pm
Sat: 10am–5pm
Sun: 10am–2pm
You may buy as many tickets as you wish. Our system allows you to buy 4 tickets at once: 2 adult tickets and 2 student (or children) tickets. To buy more, just repeat the process as many times as you need.
Yes! You can ask for a refund in-between 14 days from the date of purchase. Write us an email to virtual@muzeumminiatur.cz
Yes! Let us know by email. If it is just a few days, we will extend your tickets for no extra charge:-)
